Dynamic Dance and Movement offers quality dance instruction while promoting a family friendly atmosphere at both the recreational and competitive levels. Instruction is offered to our tots as well as adults.
At Dynamic Dance and Movement, our classes help students learn grace, leadership, goal setting, and team building skills.
Class builds on the fundamentals of jumps, leaps, and turns to upbeat music. Across the floor progressions and center floor combinations.
CONTEMPORARY / LYRICAL
Dancers perform with musical expression. Class builds from ballet, jazz, and modern technique.
ACRO / CONTORTION
Gain flexibility, control, and balance. Acrobatic elements will be taught according to the dancers ability.
This class introduces the art of dance to young dancers. Dancers will learn basic technique and vocabulary of tap and ballet.
BALLET / POINTE
Ballet is the foundation of dance. Dancers learn strength, balance, and proper body alignment. Upon teacher recommendation a student will be ready to begin Pointe.
HIP-HOP / BREAK DANCE
High engergy movements that build agility and strengthens the body for advanced floor work.
Dancers learn tap terminology with an emphasis on timing, clarity of sound, and rhythm.
TRIM AND TONE
Class format includes 25 minutes of cardio dance party followed by 25 minutes of strength training using body weight.
